Biography
Mr. Moye is a lifelong Columbus resident, with ancestors having arrived in the earliest years of the city. Mr. Moye served 30 years in the Army and Army Reserve, and retired as Colonel, Judge Advocate General's Corps, his last two assignments being as Staff Judge Advocate of a general officer command. Mr. Moye has represented lenders, developers and borrowers in a wide array of real estate transactions from single family residential to multi-family and condominium developments. In addition to providing representation to his own probate clients, Mr. Moye has served as court appointed attorney and guardian ad litem. He serves as an Elder and Clerk of Session at First Presbyterian Church of Columbus, and has held numerous other leadership positions with his church and Flint River Presbytery.
