We can use the will to create a testamentary trust, through which your property can be distributed over a period of time. After death, we will help your Executor distribute your estate as your will directs, and if there is no will, we will help your Administrator distribute your estate as Georgia law directs.
• Real estate law — We handle all matters related to residential and commercial real estate transactions, from the negotiation of terms to the closing. We will prepare and review all required documentation to successfully complete your deal, including deeds, buy-sell agreements, mortgages, notes, easements and restrictive covenants.
• Business law — We advise businesses and business owners regarding a range of business law issues, from the creation of a new business entity (partnership, limited liability company, limited liability partnership) or corporation to the preparation of commercial contracts.
